About plans and paying
What happens when the free days end?
Your shop moves to the Free plan by itself. The till keeps working and nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract?
No. Paid plans run a month at a time. If you stop paying, your shop moves to Free: the till keeps working, and your products, sales and customers stay where they are.
If I buy a plan during the free days, do I lose them?
No. A plan you buy starts the day after your current one ends, so you keep every day you already have.
Why do I need my own keys from Safaricom?
Because the money goes to your Till or Paybill, not to us, and Safaricom only gives API keys to the owner of the number. Their approval takes a few days of paperwork. Until then, and on any plan, you can record M-Pesa by typing the code.
Does any plan send my invoices to KRA?
Not yet. It is not live on any plan. Today, on Pro, you get a list of every sale you still need to declare, and you can record KRA's invoice number once you have entered it in eTIMS Online. We will say so on this page when sending from the till is switched on.
Are there limits on products or sales?
No. Every plan has unlimited products and sales. The plans differ in how many shops and logins you can have, as shown on each one above.

No card. When the free days end you move to Free, and you can choose a plan then.
